In 2012 I travelled to Prague alone, I thought it was fun and exciting to travel, and I knew Prague had great scenery.
When I first left the airport I was happy about getting a bus to a hostel I was going to stay at, I purposely didn't get a taxi to try and improve myself in a country I didn't visit before.
When I was in Prague I ate at local restaurants rather than McDonald's, although I did once go there.
In the hostel I socialised with other people staying at the hostel and partied a bit. I was still getting used to alcohol at the time and didn't know beer was an acquired taste.
There was a lot of photography to be done, so during the day I brought my camera with me when I left the hostel.
It was quite enjoyable eating at local restaurants and at the time smoking cigarettes was legal indoors at restaurants, bars and clubs, I remember my clothes always smelling of cigarette smoke. I didn't smoke at that time, but knew I would later.
The food in Prague I thought was quite delicious and my favorite meal was duck breast with cranberry sauce, it's still one of the best meals I've eaten.
